 Dear Sir or Madam,

The Wenonah Home and School Association is committed to providing an educational environment suited to meet the needs of our diverse population of learners. Wenonah School educates children in grades Pre-K through Six and the Home and School Association assists in purchasing materials for classroom use, subsidizing enrichment opportunities, as well as supporting student activities throughout the school year. Monetary donations, as well as goods and services, are important in helping us provide for our students. A tax-free donation will enable us to continue to provide materials and services to the students of Wenonah Elementary. 

The Wenonah Home and School Association holds many events throughout the course of the school year. Such successful events have been the Harvest Festival and Ice Cream Social for example.  We are asking for monetary donations to ensure these events remain a success. This year we have a variety of sponsorship levels available; please see the enclosed list to select the level suited to your business. No donation is too small and the Home & School Organization will acknowledge your donation during our events. I can provide you with our 501(c)(3) number as well as a receipt for your donation. Home & School of Wenonah 2020 Sponsorship Levels

We recognize the importance of your marketing dollars and have a sponsorship level to meet your business’ needs. Our town-wide community events including the Ice Cream Social in May; the Fall Festival in October; and our annual publication, the Learning Letter, are great avenues to highlight your business. PREMIUM SPONSOR $500.00. This level of sponsorship includes: 

● Posted logo sign and a sign recognizing sponsored event (for example - “Moon bounce sponsored by Inc., Co.”),

●  ¼ page Ad in our annual publication, the Learning Letter, which is distributed to 1,000 Wenonah households. 

● Complimentary table at the Fall Festival.

● Posted outdoor sign with business name & logo at Ice Cream Social in May and at our annual Fall Festival in October

● Placards on the Ice Cream Social Tables

● Company name listed on the Home & School website and on our Facebook event pages

● Recognition at the Ice Cream Social & Fall Festival by our announcers.

GOLD LEVEL SPONSOR $250.00. This level of sponsorship includes:

● Posted outdoor sign with business name & logo at Ice Cream Social in May and at our annual Fall Festival in October

● 1/8 page Ad in our annual publication, the Learning Letter, which is distributed to 1,000 Wenonah households. 

● Placards on the Ice Cream Social Tables

SILVER LEVEL SPONSOR $100.00. This level of sponsorship includes:
